 Persians are not really great outdoors. They are indoor only for the following reasons: Persians have little or no road sense Recognised as being pedigree and easy targets for thieves Have little or no other animal sense (will think nothing of approaching a dog thinking it will be friendly) Coats are easily matted if exposed to wet/damp conditions
